Rituals are everywhere. Some are necessary things like going to the privy, brushing your teeth, and eating food. And yet, even those mundane things can be elevated to have meaning and purpose for you.

Together, we’ll talk about the power of ritual—whether mundane, spiritual, or somewhere in between—in your life. You’ll create meaningful rituals during the playshop, too.

This will be fun, interactive, and full of room for wonder.

Your spiritual and religious practices are yours to choose. I don’t impose my beliefs on anyone. Whether your rituals involve crystals, prayer beads, enjoying nature, or a combination, that’s all yours to choose. You are sovereign.
